MBRAUN was founded by the two skilled and dedicated engineers Hellmut Fölster and Gerhard Hinrichs. The success of the first highquality inert gas glovebox system led to the formation of M. Braun Labortechnische Geräte GmbH.

The “SpeakUp” reporting system creates additional trust and security on the basis of a clearly defined structure for the reporting and the escalation process which is accessible to everyone, thereby ensuring the sustainable success of the group and averting damage.
In addition to the "SpeakUp" whistleblower system, public channels are also available. The German law, however, generally provides for the priority of an internal report.
